| Malachy is an experienced solicitor specialising in commercial and property law. He has extensive experience in acting for a range of clients including private individuals, property developers, investors and financial institutions on all aspects of commercial and property work including the acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential property, landlord and tenant matters, planning and development matters and property finance.
Malachy graduated with a Law degree with LLB Honours from Liverpool John Moores University and prior to becoming a lawyer, he worked in the City of London for over 6 years in banking and finance for a number of major international investment banks and fund managers including Merrill Lynch, ABN AMRO Asset Management and Artemis Fund Managers.
Outside of work he enjoys playing sport particularly running, golf and tennis. Other interests include fly fishing, travelling and visiting museums and art galleries. e: |
